KCHS Gets MLAP Grant

We are proud to announce that the Keweenaw County Historical Society was a recipient of the 2019 Michigan Light House Assistance Program Grant program. Congratulations to the KCHS members who worked on the grant. Here’s the press release from TV 6 that discusses the grant.

All KCHS Museums are closed for the season

Sorry, all of the KCHS Museums and sites are now closed for the 2018 season. We thank all of you who visited us this year. We will reopen our buildings in June, 2019. Check with this Facebook page and our website, http://keweenawhistory.org/ for updates during the winter as well as hints about coming events for 2019.
