Types of Membership

Individual Membership
The KCHS has a very healthy membership base – there are over 1,200 individual members, many of whom are Life members. This is eloquent testimony to how gripping the history of our area is! Our members take active roles in many events. It is also eloquent validation of the work that our volunteers have done to create and nurture a dynamic historical society for the smallest county in Michigan. Without our members, the Society would shrivel up and disappear, so we are very grateful for every new and renewing member. Please join us!

Corporate Membership
The KCHS Board recently approved the establishment of a Corporate Sponsorship program.  Unlike sponsorships for specific events, KCHS felt that an annual membership was a way that businesses could show their support in carrying out our mission.  In return, KCHS would provide some recognition of your product or service.  Several vendors have approached KCHS seeking services performed in lieu of cash and the Board agreed to provide this option too.

PRINT AND MAIL FORM

Gift, Family and Bundle Memberships
The KCHS also offers gift and "bundle" memberships. This option allows a member of the "bundle" to be the sole provider for all the members in the bundle. We are not offering this option online at this time so please contact our membership manager to set this up for you.
